OK, we have been informed that we will be able to adopt our sweet little Kayla. I have learned that until the adoption paperwork is signed nothing is official. But, we are heading in the direction of adding to our amazing kids. So EXCITED!!! The adoption will be done (hopefully) before May. If you have not had the honor of meeting Kayla. She is 8 weeks old today and already has the Sonnabend smile that can light up any room.

Sleep
Ok, so I got six hours of uninterrupted sleep last night. Whoo hoo!!! It was just what I needed to help me get through my day today. We had our carpets shampooed today, took Aaron to a speech therapy appoint, home schooled my William and Sarah, took dinner to a friend and replaced the furniture back in rooms were it belongs. Tomorrow, should be more on the quieter side. :-)

Any body still reading my blog??
Ok, so it has been over a year since I last posted. To many things have happened to catch up with in one posting. So, I shall just post about my journey today.
I have been homeschooling my children for the past couple of years. Most of the time I find it to be such a blessing to be able to do this. However, not all days are as wonderful as I would hope. My constant challenge is being the person that I want my children to become. How do I model that for them? Hmmm.... I could say all sorts of brilliant things but, I think for me it always comes down too. Staying on my knees ((praying)).
