- I have lived in Washington my entire life. My husband and I have been happily married since 2002. We have three children that are truly our little bit of heaven on earth. My husband and I have a deep desire to change the world one child at a time. This desire has lead us to become Foster Parents. In the past year and a half we have had more than a dozen infants and children in our home.
